Esta soy Yo, Cristina Reyes, nacida y bautizada en Bogot\u00e1, Colombia part\u00ed a Venezuela a los 17 a\u00f1os donde viv\u00ed por 29 a\u00f1os , soy una mezcla de Venezolana pero con acento de Betty La Fea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wonder where I am I will tell that I am a Venezuelan that there vivi the years most beautiful of my life, I met wonderful people, and now that I'm not there strange that beautiful land and its people every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Venezuela me gradu\u00e9 de Licenciada en Qu\u00edmica en la UCV (Universidad Central de Venezuela) jam\u00e1s ejerc\u00ed la carrera, pero estoy agradecida por que en el proceso obtuve mucho conocimiento y encontr\u00e9 los mejores amigos que ahora son como hermanos para mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did the family-owned business we were very blessed with my two sisters and my mother and as we all know Venezuela change, my sisters came to the united States many years ago before all the despelote politico and now the whole family lives in the empire, including myself , go through all the stages of the alien from scratch, but to the one who works hard will ever need anything. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I have a stable job, as an employee I'm not ashamed, and my time is distributed between my work, my family and my training, which for those who know me is my true passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He sido muy activa a lo largo de mi vida, agradezco la disciplina que mantuve para hoy estar completamente saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y de repente la realidad me golpeo. Que proceso de aceptaci\u00f3n tan tenaz, la menopausia, yo dentro de mi ignorancia pens\u00e9 que no iba a ser nada del otro mundo debido a mi condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y aunque no fue tan traum\u00e1tico como a otras mujeres que han sido sedentarias y los s\u00edntomas son mucho peores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There I decided to start tell me, and I found so much valuable information that has worked for me, I decided to open this blog to share my experience, the majority of the information is in English so that was the reason but to start with, but in Spanish, as good latina women we think of in all the world except in the us, the children, the husband, the boyfriend , the boss , the worse it is nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when it comes to change, you become the old menopausal bitter to those who are around you , that this ends with marriages friends of mine , we put more chubby, you're tired, mood changes, and then the lack of information makes it your partner, your children, your boss think that you're not the same and don't understand, that's why these happening. End of the world ... it's not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
