{"id":1282,"date":"2025-07-28T15:36:56","date_gmt":"2025-07-28T19:36:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/menopausicasactivas.com\/?p=1282"},"modified":"2025-07-28T15:36:59","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T19:36:59","slug":"menopausia-y-el-riesgo-de-enfermedad-cardiovascular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/menopausicasactivas.com\/en\/menopausia-y-el-riesgo-de-enfermedad-cardiovascular\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Menopausia y el riesgo de enfermedad cardiovascular&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ya dos a\u00f1os en Post menopausia, y me encuentro con la perla que la primera causa de muerte para nosotras en esta etapa, son las enfermedades (CDV)  cardiovasculares[1], superando al c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Tambi\u00e9n hay otros estudios donde especifican que las mujeres Latinas en Estados Unidos tambi\u00e9n corren mas riesgo de sufrir derrames y enfermedades relacionadas con la diabetes. [3]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Y mujeres con diabetes est\u00e1n 3.3 veces mas en riesgo de morir de una enfermedad cardiovascular que los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Gracias a la terapia hormonal, logre controlar el insomnio, sudores nocturnos y sofocos que sufr\u00ed durante la peri menopausia. La felicidad mas grande, lograr dormir de 6 a 8 horas seguidas y levantarme como reci\u00e9n nacida. Y tambi\u00e9n es una protecci\u00f3n extra para la salud de mi coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ahora en post menopausia mi colesterol ha estado incrementando desde 2023  , a pesar de mi actividad f\u00edsica y de mis buenos h\u00e1bitos. Algo bastante natural para nosotras las mujeres en esta etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>La reducci\u00f3n de los niveles de estr\u00f3geno puede causar cambios desfavorables en los niveles de colesterol en la sangre, entre ellos un incremento en el colesterol de lipoprote\u00ednas de baja densidad, el colesterol malo, que contribuye a un mayor riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca. Al mismo tiempo, el colesterol de lipoprote\u00ednas de alta densidad, el colesterol bueno, disminuye en muchas mujeres a medida que envejecen, esto tambi\u00e9n incrementa el riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca. [2]<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><br>El colesterol malo del que habla esta publicaci\u00f3n es el LDL. en 2022 mi valor era 102 mg\/dL actualmente mi valor es de 121 mg\/dL. Esa grasa abdominal que se aferra, como Rose a Jack encima de la puerta despu\u00e9s  de undirse el  Titanic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El aumento de peso que puede llevar a la obesidad, y  junto con el aumento de la presi\u00f3n arterial y  resistencia a la insulina, son todos factores de riego en la enfermedad CDV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La obesidad es m\u00e1s alta en hombres antes de los 45 a\u00f1os pero despu\u00e9s de los 45 la tendencia se revierte. Y esto sucede tambi\u00e9n con la hipertensi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ah y que te digo si eres fumadora &#8230;&#8230; no ayuda mamacita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Y tambi\u00e9n necesitas considerar si en tu historia familiar existen enfermedades cardiovasculares que a\u00f1aden otro riesgo m\u00e1s gen\u00e9ticamente hablando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">El estudio [1] concluye que la enfermedad CDV es la causa m\u00e1s grande de mortalidad en las mujeres despu\u00e9s de la menopausia y sin embargo existe un bajo nivel de conciencia entre mujeres  y los mismos profesionales de la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>En una encuesta reciente se demostr\u00f3 que solo una de cada cuatro mujeres asocia la menopausia con el colesterol alto, lo que lleva a una falta de conciencia sobre la necesidad de considerar la medici\u00f3n de los niveles de colesterol alrededor de la \u00e9poca de la menopausia. [1]<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MEJOR PREVENIR QUE LAMENTAR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">As\u00ed,  si vemos el tren venir, que consideran que debemos hacer? Puedes diminuir los riesgos antes o sufrir las consecuencias despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Si empiezas a mejorar tus h\u00e1bitos, comer carbohidratos no procesados, vegetales, alimentos sin azucares a\u00f1adidos, bajos en grasa ,dejar de fumar y por amor a Dios aumenta tu actividad f\u00edsica.
