Gracias a la terapia hormonal le dije adios a los calorones y sudores nocturnos. En cuanto a la segunda afecta la funci\u00f3n de los \u00f3rganos en los que se encuentra y aquellos incluso que est\u00e1n a su alrededor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Esta grasa visceral, libera hormonas las cuales producen inflamaci\u00f3n  que puede llegar a convertirse en inflamaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica adem\u00e1s otras serias condiciones de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Cuando empezamos a avanzar en edad, cambia la manera en la que almacenamos la grasa. Especialmente cuando estamos proximas o despu\u00e9s de la menopausia, somos mas susceptibles a almacenar grasa visceral incluso sin tener ning\u00fan cambio de peso. (Fit fat) Fig. 1 o con cambio de peso Fig.2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mujeres en pre menopausia almacenan de 5% a 8% de grasa visceral y despu\u00e9s de la menopausia de 15% a 20%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Por que, por que la vida es as\u00ed, no la he inventado yo. Adem\u00e1s que en esta etapa de mi vida la balanza no puede regir mi total existencia ni la tuya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">La manera mas f\u00e1cil y econ\u00f3mica es, midiendo la circunferencia de tu cintura alrededor de la parte mas peque\u00f1a  y la circunferencia de tu cadera en la parte mas ancha de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Calculas la relaci\u00f3n, dividiendo la circunferencia de tu cintura entre la circunferencia de tu cadera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">O a trav\u00e9s de un DEXA scan, a trav\u00e9s de tu proveedor medico , este DEXA puede medir las medidas de la composici\u00f3n de tu cuerpo, densidad \u00f3sea, grasa visceral y masa muscular . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">O los InBody scan que ahora existen en muchos gimnasios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TAREA PARA LA CASA <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Conoce tus n\u00fameros, si visitas @hermanasconproposito ,@menopausicasactivas o @mcristinareyesp en IG encontrar\u00e1s una carta que te ayudar\u00e1 a determinar si tus medidas de obesidad abdominal podr\u00edan estar poniendo en riesgo tu salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mis n\u00fameros 0.76.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Recuerda, este es un blog meramente educativo, si tienes dudas sobre los cambios que estas sufriendo recuerda buscar ayuda con tu m\u00e9dico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QUE PUEDE AYUDAR !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Seg\u00fan los estudios, la terapia hormonal y sus efectos en la grasa abdominal han producido resultados positivos.
