col\u00e1geno y elasticidad: ligamentos, tendones y m\u00fasculos se vuelven m\u00e1s fr\u00e1giles y r\u00edgidos.<br>\u2022 Cambios de composici\u00f3n corporal: aumenta la grasa, disminuye el
